Tell your senators: It’s time to end anonymous companies

Thanks to loopholes in our law, bad actors can easily stash money in anonymous companies formed in the U.S. These “shell companies” are useful for laundering money for illegal opioid dealers or disguising a criminal operation.

Unfortunately, these companies are just as good at helping criminals avoid detection as they are at helping corporations reduce their tax bills -- which has made reform difficult. Thankfully, that’s changing, and this session, the fight to put an end to anonymous shell companies has a lot of momentum.

Urge your senators to pass bipartisan legislation ending the use of anonymous companies in the U.S.
